By submitting intake forms and checking consent boxes, you agree to receive operational calls and SMS related to intake and coordination. Consent can be withdrawn via standard opt-out actions (e.g., STOP for SMS).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to provide false identity data, fraudulent documentation, abusive communications, or unlawful harvest/sale representations through the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PalmettoBerries.com and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform use, buyer interactions, market pricing, or regulatory outcomes.
